Submit a case to Tech Support providing the following details in the request:
- Name of institution or catalog: (example, "University of South")
- Port available through: (example: 210)
- Database name being used: (example: INNOPAC)
- IP address or URL of the database/catalog: (example: elibrary.universityofsouth.edu)
- Character Set: (example: ANSEL/ALA/USmarc)
- Record Syntax: (example: USmarc)
After form submission, Tech Team will evaluate and configure the requested catalog. The catalog will not be visible in RefWorks until verification and testing are complete.
